The Unlikely Friendship Of A Dog And An Owl

Dogs may be man’s best friend, but Ingo the shepherd dog’s special buddy is Poldi, a little owl who loves to pose for pictures and cozy up to his canine pal. Germany-based animal photographer and collage artist Tanja Brandt documents their unlikely friendship in heartwarming portraits that show the closeness of their bond. Whether the duo is splashing in a creek, enjoying the evening light together, or cuddling beneath a blanket, it’s clear how much they enjoy each other’s company.
