Born in the city of Khabarovsk, Vladimir Volegov began painting when he was three years old. Vladimir honed his skills during a trip, drawing portraits on the streets of Europe, and working at a Moscow publishing house. Now he creates wonderful expressive pictures of young women with kids, books, flowers, and cats. All his artwork is full of tenderness and infinite sensitivity.
