Photographer Paul Octavious Captures Stunning Psychedelic Pup Portraits That Are Saving Animal Lives

These colorful photos by Paul Octavious aren’t just aesthetically striking, they’re also helping save animals lives.

Octavious shot this series in collaboration with PAWS, Chicago’s largest no-kill animal shelter. He hope to find these pups a new home by casting them in a new light with his volunteer work. To achieve the vibrant colors, Octavious spotlights the animals with a HUE light setup, lighting them with a range of rainbow shades. This gives the dogs a totally new, psychedelic look.
