Hilarious Photos from the 2025 Comedy Wildlife Photography People’s Choice Awards

“Now which direction is my nest?” by Alison Tuck, UK

Wildlife photography is usually all about intensity and beauty, but once a year it turns delightfully ridiculous thanks to the 2025 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards.

This year’s People’s Choice finalists deliver pure comedic chaos, proving that animals aren’t just surviving out there—they’re unintentionally putting on a show. With everything from perfectly timed photobombs to shockingly human-like expressions, the collection captures nature at its most candid and absurd. Public voting for the STERNA People’s Choice Award is now open, complete with a chance to win £500 for those who share their contact details before March 1st. And for anyone wanting to experience the hilarity firsthand, the finalists will be on display at Gallery@Oxo in London from December 10–14.
