Big Brother Makes His 5-Year-Old Sister’s Dreams Come True With Disney-Themed Photoshoot

In a moment that would make any parent cry, a 13-year-old approached his mum with the idea of dressing as Prince Charming and surprising his little sister with a princess themed photo shoot. And since their mom Christina Angel is a photographer, she was more than happy to acommodate the cute request, posting a message about how it all went down.

Anthony and Anabel are two out of seven Christina’s children. He is 13 years old, and he’s been struggling with depression. His little sister is only five, and she is a “carefree, effervescent, bouncing ball of sunshine,” as her mom describes her. There’s quite an age difference, yet the two of them share a special bond. They have their rituals and spend a lot of time together. Anabel (lovingly referred to as Belle) makes friends wherever she goes, but her big brother Anthony remains her best friend and her favorite person.

“My 13-year-old son asked me to get him a Prince Charming costume so that he could surprise his 5-year-old sister with a princess photo shoot. So when he got excited about sharing this experience with his baby sister, I was MORE than happy to accommodate him. We got together a few odds and ends, and tried to get all of the details perfect…right down to him shining his dress shoes the old fashioned way, with solid polish and an old rag,” Christina Angel wrote on her Facebook page.

“Once we had everything ready, he surprised her with her brand new Snow White dress. She loved absolutely every second of her photo shoot with her ‘favorite boy in the world.’ I don’t have to tell you all that, I’m sure you can see it on her face in every photo. Watching their bond as she grows melts my heart every day. I am so proud to be their mom, and beyond happy that I’m handy enough with a camera to keep these memories foreve,” she added.
