70th Anniversary Citroen H Van – Design You Trust

70th Anniversary Citroen H Van

Automobile designers Fabrizio Caselani and David Obendorfer saw the 70th anniversary of as the perfect opportunity give it new life. Rather than try and build the van to the exact specifications of the classic vehicle, they looked instead to try and capture the soul of the Citroen H.

The duo used the original Citroen jumper chassis, equipped it with an old Citroen 1998 CC Diesel engine, and used fiberglass paneling to give it the classic look. While this may disappoint some die hard lovers of the old van, it’ll certainly cut down on maintenance costs and be much safer to drive. Only 70 of these will be made and sold exclusively in Italy.
