An 18-year-old student from England, Jack Brook, has used artificial intelligence tool Midjourney to create human-like portraits of popular characters from the hit animated sitcom, The Simpsons. Despite some difficulties generating a few family and town members, Brook’s AI creations represent theoretical human versions of The Simpsons characters, fully realized by Midjourney V5.

Jack, who is a fan of the show and has watched nearly all the episodes, has been using Midjourney Sunset since version 2 to the current version 5. He discovered his interest in sharing AI by posting his creations on Instagram and decided to create a live-action Simpsons collection, combining his two passions.

While he is most surprised or happy with his portraits of Ned Flanders or Ralph Wiggum, which he believes stay true to their in-show counterparts, the most challenging character to create was Chief Wiggum. The AI struggled to generate his iconic blue hair and pig-like nose, making him Jack’s least favorite.

In the future, Jack plans to work on portraits of characters from other animated shows such as Futurama, King of the Hill, and Family Guy, and is eager to share his creations with fans.
