Stunning Facade Design of The One River North Residence in Denver
In Denver’s vibrant River North (RiNo) district, a new architectural marvel, One River North Residences, has broken ground.
Perched just opposite the 38th and Blake RTD Light Rail Station, this project is poised to be a landmark in downtown Denver. The design, a collaboration between Beijing’s MAD Architects and Denver’s own Davis Partnership, promises to bring an iconic presence to the cityscape. One River North is envisioned as a high-rise bastion of luxury, offering rental residences above a base of retail spaces.
The building’s most striking feature will be its four-story heart, sculpted to echo a natural slot canyon, complete with over 13,000 square feet dedicated to water features and lush landscaping.
