404 SELF NOT FOUND: The Superb Digital Glitchy Collages and Animations by Don’t Buy
Don’t Buy is a visual artist who merges artificial intelligence with mixed media to create digital paintings, videos, and GIFs.
His moniker challenges consumerist language, reflecting his hacker-like approach to art-making, where he repurposes AI to explore errors and early digital aesthetics. His work blends glitchy abstractions and retro graphics to examine themes of identity and imperfection in the online age. Through projects like *404: SELF NOT FOUND* (2024), he turns digital mistakes into thought-provoking artistic reflections.
