Concept Artist Alex Jay Brady Created A Monumental Sci-Fi Short Film Anthology Set In The ‘Dune’ Universe

Alex Jay Brady is a concept artist and designer specializing in monumental, cinematic science-fiction environments and visual development.

Steering strictly away from generative AI tools, she relies on foundational digital painting and 3D craft to build complex planetary designs, industrial spacecraft, and independent animation shorts. A significant focus of her recent independent work is an anthology of short films exploring the universe of Frank Herbert’s Dune. Her pieces bring iconic lore locations to life with immense dramatic scale, ranging from the black-sun industrial megaliths of Giedi Prime and the misty, coastal fortress of Castle Caladan to the unforgiving, sun-scorched sands of Arrakis.
