Merging The Past And The Future: The Mind-Bending Art Of Taudalpoi That Blurs The Line Between Reality And Science Fiction
Jonas aka Taudalpoi is a Norwegian digital collage and 3D artist whose background is rooted in academic philosophy. Balancing visual arts with deep theoretical studies, he began creating digital compositions as a creative outlet, gradually evolving a distinct artistic voice that marries retro nostalgia with cosmic speculation.
His work centers on vintage aesthetics, scanned archival photography, and sci-fi elements, blending them into surreal retro-futuristic landscapes. By placing old-world imagery into vast, uncanny space environments or impossible architectural settings, he evokes a strange sense of melancholic wonder. These compositions playfully challenge our relationship with history, memory, and the infinite scale of the universe.
