Finally, 2022 Texts From My Cat Calendar Is Here!

If you give a cat a smartphone, he’s gonna want to text—his every fleeting thought. At least that’s the case with Mitty—the text-savvy, over-anxious, drama-filled housecat.

Based on the popular blog and book of the same name, the Texts from Mittens 2022 Calendar features imaginary, yet entertaining SMS conversations shared between Mitty and his very patient and very loving owner.

Created by Angie Bailey, an award-winning writer and humorist. Angie is the author of the Texts from Mittens daily cartoon, books, and desk calendars, as well as the book whiskerslist: the kitty classifieds. Additionally, she writes a humor column in Catster print magazine. An enthusiastic Gen Xer who’s obsessed with 70’s and 80’s pop culture, she created the “Paws Rewind” podcast and hosted this weekly retro pop-culture (with a dash of cats) show from 2018-2019. From 2019-2021, Angie and longtime friend and creative partner Susie Shubert created and co-hosted the sassy and sometimes irreverent “Feminine Hijinx” podcast, whose mission was to reinvent the other side of 40 with wit and sass.

Angie calls Minneapolis, Minnesota home. When she’s not binging episodes of Little House and Golden Girls, she and her husband are cuddling their cats (Phoebe and Janet), thinking of ridiculous puns, going to concerts, and drinking too much coffee.

Angie is represented by Fairbank Literary Representation, and is a member of Cat Writers’ Associati
