Shortlist Photographs Of The 2020 Bird Photographer Of The Year Competition

The prestigious Bird Photographer of the Year (BPOTY) announced the shortlist photographs of the 2020 BPOTY competition. This is the fifth year of this competition. There are five categories like Birds in the Environment, Birds in Flight, Bird Behaviour, Best Portrait, and Garden and Urban Birds. There are 15,000 images submitted by photographers from over 60 countries worldwide.

The winners will be announced on Saturday 22nd August when the awards presentation will also take place at The British Birdwatching Fair at Rutland Water.
