Old Taiwanse Couple Find Fun Wearing Clothes Left At Their Laundry

A married couple, Hsu Sho-Er and Chang Wan-Ji, ran a laundry in Taichung, Taiwan, where many unclaimed clothes were left for years.

In 2020, their grandson, Reef Chang, started dressing them up in these vintage and trendy outfits, taking photos and posting them online to lift their spirits. Although initially skeptical, the couple enjoyed this project, which became a joyful expression of their style and a celebration of ageing and sustainability. Chang Wan-Ji always valued neatness and suits, while Hsu Sho-Er preferred comfort in her later years but once loved fashionable clothes. The project gained popularity, showing that life can be full of fun and creativity, regardless of age.
