Rococo-inspired Fantasy Paintings By Annie Stegg Gerard, Conjuring Mythic Maidens And Lush Hidden Worlds

Annie Stegg Gerard is a Georgia-based oil painter and illustrator with a career spanning games, publishing, and fine art exhibitions, inspired by Rococo masters like Boucher, Fragonard, and 18th-century fantasy illustrators.

Married to artist Justin Gerard, she creates enigmatic female figures and lively creatures in lush, storybook worlds drawn from folklore, mythology, and backyard magic — exhibited at Haven Gallery (solo shows like The Garden Beyond 2023, Menagerie of Dreams 2022), Gallery Nucleus (The Moonlit Vale 2018), and award-winning at Dragon*Con (Best in Show multiple years).
