Who said interior design is not for dogs? One Husky decided to prove the doubters wrong as soon as his owners went out to the movies. In only 3 hours, the aspiring artist turned the whole apartment into his canvas. The pooch released his inner artist by inking his paws and turning the floors (and anything else that got in the way!) into a giant piece of art. Employees of the Berlin subway discovered a fully furnished apartment in one of the abandoned subway tunnels, according to Berliner Kurier. The walls were complete with wallpaper and decorated with paintings. The apartment had a bed, television, chair, dresser and even a palm tree. This real-estate story sounds almost like a fairy tale or the beginning of a big Hollywood production.
Back in 2010 a Parisian apartment on the Right Bank, near the Opéra Garnier, left unoccupied since 1942 was discovered. It was owned by Madame de Florian – a socialite and an actress – who fled to the South of France during the second world war, leaving everything behind. She never came back to Paris but kept on paying her rent until the day she died when she was 91.
