Photographer Alicia Rius Captures The Beauty Of Bald Cats
A photographer has captured the bizarre beauty of sphynx cats in a series of intriguing portraits. Photographer Alicia Rius snapped them from different angles showing off their unusual flesh, colourings and bones.
In the images the cats can be seen curiously playing, observing their surroundings and even grooming themselves. Alicia first photographed a sphynx in 2013 but it wasnt until spring this year she further explored the breed. The cats belong to different girls who participated in the project, who Alicia met through Facebook after reaching out to Sphynx owners. The photographer, who lives in Santa Monica, California, USA, admits she chose sphynx cats because she is drawn by their alien look.
