Grieving For The Lost Childhood: The Creepiest Graffiti Of Pripyat
30 years ago the Ukrainian city Pripyat was abandoned after probably the biggest accident in nuclear power stations history of all times – Chernobyl disaster. But the city continues its existence in other forms. Graffiti in Pripyat is directly connected to the motive of the lost childhood and fear of the artists painting the abandoned town. This place causes mingled feelings: interest from one side and pity from the other. Pity for those people who used to live here and especially children whose childhood was stolen.
