Matthieu Bühler is a talented German-French photographer and graphic designer who currently lives and works in Tokyo, Japan. Matthieu loves to capture the lights of Tokyo at night illuminating the streets and back alleys of the city. His series “Neon Dreams” features views of various places away from the famous tourist spots.
