Some Plants and Fungi Winners’ entries demonstrate life’s astounding intricacy on a smaller scale. Some gorgeous mushrooms highlighted by gentle light and vivid vegetation surviving in their native environments show us ecosystems’ hidden wonders. All of these winning photos show the richness and resilience of our planet’s landscapes and life.
