This Japanese Artist Creates Detailed Food Art Using Fruits And Vegetables

Gaku’s creations (previously featured) are a fusion of historical skill and modern inventiveness, drawing from the rich legacy of 16th-century Japanese food carving. Every piece exhibits an amazing level of precision and attention to detail, whether it’s a dragon painstakingly carved into an apple or a koi fish skillfully sculpted from a radish.

The race against time to complete the artistry before oxidation changes the piece’s appearance is what makes their work even more remarkable and fleeting.
