For those desiring more from a bouquet than wilting petals, a Sydney creator presents a deliciously sweet alternative.

Self-taught food artist Macey Nemer found her calling during lockdown, transforming her kitchen into a studio where she perfected the art of creating intricate floral designs from frosting. Under her brand, The Baked Bouquet, she crafts stunning edible arrangements that look almost too beautiful to eat. Her incredible standing cupcake bouquets, sometimes featuring over 150 cakes, have become a centerpiece for celebrations ranging from weddings to high-profile movie premieres.
