Meet Mikhail A. Parkalov from a small agricultural town Chirkovichi, Belarus. This man does not want to depend on somebody and he does everything by himself. To build a two-storey house, to assemble a tractor within a couple of days – such a handyman. Recently he decided to take it a step further and follow modern environmental trends by making his own electric vehicle.

Previously he made a crane for construction of a house and a tractor for work in his garden. When his family wanted to go to the sea for vacations, Mikhail made a minivan and they travelled through the entire Crimea by this vehicle.

He weighed every detail, considered each 20 grams. His “Tesla” turned out to be very light – leass than 140 kg (308 pounds).

Max. speed – 12 km/h (7 mph). Driving distance – 15 km. It’s enough to travel to a shop or a neighboring village. Mikhail is goin to register the car with the road police now.
