From neon-colored hair to clothes that look like they were made out of garbage bags, to humans wearing other humans, it’s clear that you have to be a special kind of crazy to keep up with it all. But hey, at least it keeps things interesting! Just don’t be surprised if you see your coworkers or friends sporting a tutu and a pair of galoshes, because in the world of fashion, anything is possible.
